Retail Store Manager

Position Available in:

RETAIL STORE MANAGER

A store manager is expected to create a productive work environment and is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within their location.

A store manager will be trained in all aspects of running a store and will be responsible for the growth and development of the associates working with them and helping them establish and achieve personal and store sales goals.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

•Previous sales & management experience

Store Manager in Training

Position Available in:

STORE MANAGER IN TRAINING

We are currently hiring a Store Manager In Training. (SMIT)  The successful candidate will complete six months of management training prior to being placed as a Store Manager within the company. The Store Manager in Training will work closely with the management team developing skills to become a Store Manager. This is a full-time position and will require relocation after the six-month training period.

AS A STORE MANAGER IN TRAINING, YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE

Territory Sales Manager

Position Available in:

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER – PORTLAND, OREGON AREA

We are currently hiring for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee our stores in the Portland, Oregon area. This is a full time position and will require travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The TSM will train, supervise & assist employees in the sales of wireless phones, accessories & service. Other duties including preparing & submitting paperwork & reports, and auditing store paperwork for accuracy and achieving monthly sales goals and quotas. The TSM must also be organized, be a leader and role model, and provide motivation to store employees.

•Supervising employees.

•Training store managers & wireless sales consultants on sales techniques and customer service.

•Meeting territory sales quotas.

•Coaching and counseling employees.

District Sales Manager

Position Available in:

DISTRICT SALES MANAGER – WASHINGTON / NORTHERN OREGON – POSITION BASED IN PORTLAND, OREGON

We are looking for a District Sales Manager who is eager to join a leader in the wireless industry and has the vision and knowledge to continue to grow our sales organization.

The successful candidate must:

•Be able to provide sales training, leadership & support to 16 stores in his/her district.

•Have a successful sales & managerial background and experience supervising 50+ employees in multiple locations.

•Have the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

•Have a proven track record of sales growth and results.

•Have excellent leadership skills, strong work ethic and integrity.

•Have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively throughout the District.

District Sales Manager duties include but are not limited to:

Administrative Assistant

Position Available in:

Cellular Plus currently has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Billings, MT. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR Director and assist in Marketing and Operations Departments as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting HR Director with day to day company operations.
• Assisting with new hire paperwork.
• Ordering business cards.
• Processing time cards.
• Assisting with online job postings.
• Filing documents in employee personnel files.
• Preparing reports (sales, bonuses, sales contests, mall accessories).
• Assisting the Marketing & Operations departments as neeed.
• Assisting with the coordination of corporate meetings and events.
• Composing correspondence and reports.
• Completing & submitting paperwork and reports (i.e. Sales, timeforce, and commissions).
• Arranging travel and lodging accommodations for company employees.
• Arriving to work on time & dressed in appropriate attire (i.e. professional business casual).

REQUIREMENTS:
