Wireless Sales Consultant

Store Manager

Position Available in:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in management and sales

Store Manager in Training

Position Available in:

Are you a born leader who drives others by the example you set? Do you have the desire to succeed with a growing established company? If your answer is YES, then we are looking for you!

The successful candidate will complete 6 months of management training prior to being placed as a Store Manager within the company. This is a full time position and will require relocation after a 6 month training period.

The Team Training Manager will train, supervise & assist employees in the sales of wireless phones, accessories & service. Other duties including preparing & submitting paperwork & reports, and auditing store paperwork for accuracy. They will also work with District & Territory Manager to achieve monthly sales goals and quotas. The Team Training Manager must also be organized, a leader and role model, and provide motivation to store employees.

OSR - Outside Sales

Position Available in:

Outside Sales Reps call on businesses and consumers selling & upgrading wireless devices, services & accessories. Outside sales reps have monthly quotas they must meet.

District Manager

Position Available in:

This position is based in the Portland area and will oversee stores in Washington and Oregon. The ideal candidate will be eager to join a company that is a leader in the wireless industry. He or she will be a sales professional who possesses the knowledge, experience and vision to continue to grow our organization.

The successful candidate must:

-Be able to provide sales training, leadership and support to 8, or more, stores in the district

-Have a successful sales and managerial background, and experience supervising 50+ employees in multiple locations

-Have the ability to meet and exceed sales goals

-Have a proven track record of sales growth and results

-Have excellent leadership skills, strong work ethic and demonstrated personal/professional integirty

-Have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the assigned district

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Ensuring sales maximization

-Setting goals and measuring progress

-Exceeding sales goals and motivating the team for the same results

-Creating a climate where employees want to do their best

-Developing team members for growth and promotion

-Coaching, influencing and inspiring to maximize results

-Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in all locations at all times

-Holding self and team to high personal standards

-Recruiting and interviewing sales candidates

-Recommending locations, and coordinating/assisting with set up of new stores

-Clearly communicating company policies and procedures to managers and sales teams, and ensuring that policies are enforced
